TRIP TO ZAMBALES (Camara-Capones-Nagsasa Cove)

We (Me and My college Friends) went last May 21-22 at Zambales to discover the beautiful islands of Zambales. Thank you Wheelmo Transport for organizing our trip! we only paid 1400.00 Php each person for this trip nd Its very SULIIIT!!!!! Indeed.

So we got to see each other at Shaw Blvd Mandaluyong  time check 2:30 am. We expect a 5-6 hrs travel since we are from EDSA.

BTW, I'm using my SUPREMO 1 CAM I bought from Kimstore. Check out there page.

We finally arrived at Zambales at about 7 am! We were brief about our activities and what to expect on each island. So our first stop was at Capones Island.

The island was full of rock formations and its best to take photos from the top!

The next island and my favorite was the CAPONES ISLAND!! I'm so inlove with the clear turquoise water, If we could just stay there but we couldn't and I also don't know if anyone is allowed to do so (correct me if Im wrong).

We tried swimming there and we really enjoy every bits of capones island.
And our final destination, the Nagsasa cove. It was a mountain surrounded by wonderful beach. There were Aetas taking care of the place and  there were stories claiming that the beach was destroyed by Lahar. Six months later, after the 1991 rainy season had come and gone, the US warplanes were gone too. But so did the former ecosystem, including the old shoreline. Tons of lahar, washed downstream by the rains, overran the old shoreline and created a new beach a few hundred meters beyond. The new beach sparkled with billions of tiny glass beads, black and white sands of hornblende, feldspar, quartz, and other minerals fresh from the Pinatubo cauldron, like a micro-universe coming out of the big bang

Panoramic view :)

We stayed on a cottage and build a tent and that the only way to sleep. Yes No Hotels, Cottages or Inn but it was fun!  The tent was also included on our package.

The night that day, we did stay beside the beach for a while and do the bonfire thing, Yes, you can do it beside the beach.
The next day, we climb up to the mountain to see a great view of the whole island. You will miss half of your trip if you wouldn't try this and so you must!!! There is an entrance fee of 10.00 Php

Buwis buhay shot!

There were also rock formation at the bottom of the mountain and also they offer Cliff diving but we weren't able to try it because we lack time since I have to go to work that evening too. Huhu Back to reality agad!

Here's a video to summarize our trip. Sorry I don't have much talent in editing videos and this will also show the quality of supremo cam. Enjoy
